AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Ramona-Sargent Phase 3 (S-1816, C-894), in the Village of Bel-
Ridge, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Ramona-Sargent Phase 3 (S-1816, C-894), in the Village of Bel-
Ridge, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of June,
1982, and formally executed on the 6th day of July, 1982, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 21, 1982.
