AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten Equipment
Company for the construction of inlets and manholes in Maintenance
Repairs Number Fourteen (S-1868, C-882), in the City of St. Louis,
and St. Louis County. Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets and manholes in
Maintenance Repairs Number Fourteen (S-1868, C-882), in the City of
St. Louis, and St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 21st day of June, 1982, and formally executed on the 13th day
of June, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 21, 1982.
