AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-eight Thousand
Dollars ($78,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Mill Pass Drive (S-1054, C-896), in the City of Woodson
Terrace, Missouri, and the Village of Edmundson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri, pur-
suant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has
agreed to contribute Twenty-four Thousand Three Hundred Seventeen
and 50/100 Dollars ($24,317.50) toward the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Edmundson, Missouri, pursuant
to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed
to contribute Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-four and
50/100 Dollars ($13,764.50) toward the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-eight Thousand Dollars
($78,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Main-
tenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be
used for the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment
of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Mill Pass Drive (S-1054, C-896), in the
City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri, and Village of Edmundson,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 21, 1982.
