AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Mill Pass Drive
(S-1054, C-896), in the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri, and the
Village of Edmundson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Mill
Pass Drive (S-1054, C-896), in the City of Woodson Terrace,
Missouri, and the Village of Edmundson, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 29th day of June, 1982, and formally executed on
the 13th day of July, 1982, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 21, 1982.
