AN ORDINANCE, transferring Three Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty and 02/100 Dollars ($3,330.02) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
Seven Thousand Five Hundred Forty Dollars ($7,540.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
Seminary Branch of River des Peres, and Seven Thousand Three
Hundred Ten Dollars ($7,310.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund, to the General Fund of the District; and
appropriating Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Eighty and 02/100
Dollars ($18,180.02) from the General Fund of the District to
purchase materials for 1982 summer gabion projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty and 02/100 Dollars ($3,330.02) is hereby transferred from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Forty Dollars ($7,540.00) is hereby transferred from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
Seminary Branch of River des Peres to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Ten Dollars ($7,310.00) is hereby transferred from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Four. The sum of Eighteen Thousand One Hundred
Eighty and 02/100 Dollars ($18,180.02) is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund of the District to purchase materials for 1982
summer gabion projects.
Section Five. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 21, 1982.
