AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($950,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund for the complete installation of two 100-foot
diameter spirally guided digester covers at the Coldwater Creek
Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($950,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund for the complete
installation of two 100-foot diameter spirally guided digester
covers at the Coldwater Creek Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 28, 1982.
