AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer in City Block 258 of the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
successor in title to said sewer, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such sewer, and this District has
no further need for such sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The existing sewer in the vacated North-South alley in City
Block 258, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
