AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Warson Woods, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such portion of said easement, and
this District has no further use for such portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of an
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The East two and one-half (2-1/2) feet of Lots 6, 7 and 8;
the West two and one-half (2-1/2) feet of Lots 26, 27 and 28;
the South two and one-half (2-1/2) feet of Lots 28 and 6; the
North two and one-half (2-1/2) feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5,
all in Block Three of the Manchester Forest Resubdivision, as
recorded in Book 32, Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
