AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in the 2nd
Resubdivision of Crestshire, in the City of St. Ann, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for such subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easements along the East line of Lots 1 and 2 and the
North line of Lot 1 of the 2nd Resubdivision of Crestshire in
the City of St. Ann and recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 57 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
