AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of storm and sanitary
sewers in Olive Street-North and South Road (S-1285, C-901), in
the City of University City, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm and
sanitary sewers in Olive Street-North and South Road (S-1285, C-
901), in the City of University City, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 28th day of June, 1982, and formally executed on
the 20th day of July, 1982, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
