AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the removal and replacement of concrete streets, drive-
ways and sidewalks in Maintenance Paving Contract 1982-83 (S-1690,
C-904) at various locations within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest respon-
sible bidder, for the replacement of concrete streets, driveways
and sidewalks in Maintenance Paving Contract 1982-83 (S-1690, C-
904) at various locations within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th day of
July, 1982, and formally executed on the 27th day of July 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
