AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 408
(Lynn Haven Stormwater) Section VI (S-1612, C-880), in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Sub-
district No. 408 (Lynn Haven Stormwater) Section VI (S-1612, C-
880), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 16th day of July, 1982, and formally executed on the 27th day
of July, 1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
