AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 3 of
Ladue Terrace, a Subdivision in the City of Ladue, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easement along the west line of Lot 3 of
Ladue Terrace, a Subdivision in the City of Ladue, in
St. Louis County, Missouri as recorded in Plat Book
22, Page 63 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
