Home My Public Portal About04798 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4798 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, Ordinance No. 4549, adopted November 4, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4716, adopted May 5, 1982, by repealing Sections Three, Four, Five, Six, Eight, Nine, Ten, Twelve, Thirteen, and Fourteen and enacting new Sections Three, Four, Five, Six, Eight, Nine, Ten, Twelve, Thirteen, and Fourteen in lieu thereof, prescribing the compensation of the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel, Director of Administration, Director of Wastewater Treatment, Director of Maintenance, Secretary- Treasurer, Director of Finance, Director of Personnel, Director of Operations, and Director of Human Resources. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Sections Three, Four, Five, Six, Eight, Nine, Ten, Twelve, Thirteen and Fourteen of Ordinance No. 4250, as adopted December 17, 1980, and amended by Ordinance No. 4301, as adopted March 11, 1981, Ordinance No. 4528, as adopted October 1, 1981, Ordinance No. 4549, adopted November 4, 1981, and Ordinance No. 4716, adopted May 5, 1982, are hereby repealed. Section Two. Section Three of Ordinance No. 4250, as amended shall read as follows: "Section Three. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Executive Director shall be at the rate of $65,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Three. Section Four of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Four. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel shall be at the rate of $63,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Four. Section Five of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Five. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Director of Administration shall be at the rate of $45,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Five. Section Six of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Six. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Director of Wastewater Treatment shall be at the rate of $44,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi- weekly installments." Section Six. Section Eight of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Eight. Effective for the pay period beginning 3 August 1, 1982, the salary of the Director of Maintenance shall be at the rate of $42,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Seven. Section Nine of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Nine. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be at the rate of $39,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Eight. Section Ten of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Ten. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Director of Finance shall be at the rate of $40,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Nine. Section Twelve of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Twelve. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Director of Personnel shall be at the rate of $32,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." Section Ten. Section Thirteen of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Thirteen. Effective for the pay period 4 beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Director of Operations shall be at the rate of $45,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi- weekly installments." Section Eleven. Section Fourteen of Ordinance No. 4250 as amended shall read as follows: "Section Fourteen. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1982, the salary of the Director of Human Resources shall be at the rate of $32,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments." 5 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
