AN ORDINANCE, transferring One Million Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to the Emergency Fund, and appropriating Seven
Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) from the Emergency
Fund for emergency sewer repairs and engineering at South Broadway
and Filmore, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000.00) is hereby transferred from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to the Emergency Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($750,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency
Fund for emergency sewer repairs and engineering at South Broadway
and Filmore, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1982.
