AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Ballas Road and Old Ballas (S-1826, C-897), in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Co., Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Ballas Road and Old Ballas (S-1826, C-897), in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 22nd day of July,
1982, and formally executed on the 10th day of August, 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
