AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services to assist
the District in the coordination of high priority River des Peres
Relief Sewer Projects and for the final design of River des Peres
Relief Sewer Project SC-1 Elm Place - Cedar, Contract E-342.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Main-
tenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services to assist the District in the coordination of
high priority River des Peres Relief Sewer Projects and for the
final design of River des Peres Relief Sewer Project SC-1 Elm
Place - Cedar, Contract E-342.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
