AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-342 with CH2M Hill for
engineering services to assist the District in the coordination of
high priority River des Peres Relief Sewer Projects and for the
final design of River des Peres Relief Sewer Project SC-1 Elm
Place - Cedar.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-342 with
CH2M Hill for engineering services to assist the District in the
coordination of high priority River des Peres Relief Sewer
Projects and for the final design of River des Peres Relief Sewer
Project SC-1 Elm Place - Cedar.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
