AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-343 with Engineering Design &
Management, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
River des Peres Relief Sewer Project GC-4 Watson Woods - Harwich
Drives.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-343 with
Engineering Design & Management, Inc. for engineering services
for the final design of River des Peres Relief Sewer Project GC-4
Watson Woods - Harwich Drives.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
