AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Forty-five
Thousand Dollars ($145,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering
services for the final design of River des Peres Relief Sewer
Project GC-9 Victory - Brookview - Jonathan Drives, Contract E-
344.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-five
Thousand Dollars ($145,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek for engineering services for the final design of
River des Peres Relief Sewer Project GC-9 Victory - Brookview -
Jonathan Drives, Contract E-344.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
