AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixty Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($60,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur - Frontenac to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek, and appropriating One Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Dollars
($121,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the
final design of River des Peres Relief Sewer Project DC-6 Graeser
Road, Contact E-345.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($60,500.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur -
Frontenac to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek.
Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-one
Thousand Dollars ($121,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek for engineering services for the final design of River des
Peres Relief Sewer Project DC-6 Graeser Road, Contact E-345.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
