AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund for engineering
services involving the acquisition of easements for trunk sewers
and interim treatment facilities in the Lower Missouri River Basin
- Caulks Creek Watershed (Federal Project No. C-291148-02),
Contract E-346.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict Planning
Fund for engineering services involving the acquisition of
easements for trunk sewers and interim treatment facilities in the
Lower Missouri River Basin - Caulks Creek Watershed (Federal
Project No. C-291148-02), Contract E-346.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
