AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-346 with Sverdrup & Parcel and
Associates, Inc. for engineering services involving the acquisi-
tion of easements for trunk sewers and interim treatment facili-
ties in the Lower Missouri River Basin - Caulks Creek Watershed
(Federal Project No. C-291148-02).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-346 with
Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. for engineering services
involving the acquisition of easements for trunk sewers and
interim treatment facilities in the Lower Missouri River Basin -
Caulks Creek Watershed (Federal Project No. C-291148-02).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
