AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-347 with Reitz & Jens, Inc. for
engineering services to evaluate future sewage treatment
capabilities in the Chesterfield Valley Area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-347 with
Reitz & Jens, Inc. for engineering services to evaluate future
sewage treatment capabilities in the Chesterfield Valley Area.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
