AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund for engineering
services for the final sanitary sewer design in the Caulks Creek
Watershed (Village of Clarkson Valley), Contract E-348.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict Planning
Fund for engineering services for the final sanitary sewer design
in the Caulks Creek Watershed (Village of Clarkson Valley),
Contract E-348.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
