AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-348 with Sverdrup & Parcel and
Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the final sanitary
sewer design in the Caulks Creek Watershed (Village of Clarkson
Valley).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-348 with
Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. for engineering services
for the final sanitary sewer design in the Caulks Creek Watershed
(Village of Clarkson Valley).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
