AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for storm sewer construction in Trearcy Lane
No. 12334 (S-1722, C-906), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for storm sewer construction in Trearcy
Lane No. 12334 (S-1722, C-906), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of August,
1982, and formally executed on the 17th day of August, 1982, by
said contractor and the Executive Director and the Secretary--
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 1982.
