AN ORDINANCE, transferring Ninety-nine Thousand Four
Hundred Sixty-nine and 65/100 Dollars ($99,469.65) from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund, Thirty-three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-six and 55/100 Dollars ($33,156.55) from the Fee Fee
Connection Fees/Construction Account, Thirty-three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-six and 55/100 Dollars ($33,156.55) from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund, and Thirty-
three Thousand One Hundred Fifty-six and 55/100 Dollars
($33,156.55) from the Bonfils Reserve for Connection Fees, to the
General Fund of the District; and appropriating One Million Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($1,050,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District, of which One Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Nine Hundred
Thirty-nine and 30/100 Dollars ($198,939.30) is to be used to pay
the District's share; Seven Hundred Nine Thousand Two Hundred
Seventeen and 25/100 Dollars ($709,217.25) will be received from
the Environmental Protection Agency of the United States, and One
Hundred Forty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-three and 45/100
($141,843.45) will be received from the Department of Natural
Resources of the State of Missouri for the cost of second year
Program Management Services for District-wide water pollution
abatement programs of the District, now part of Federal Project
No. C-291212, Contract E-330, as amended, as initially authorized
by District Ordinance No. 4339, adopted April 15, 1981.

WHEREAS, the District will receive a seventy-five per-
cent (75%) grant from the Environmental Protection Agency of the
United States government to pay seventy-five percent (75%) of the
eligible costs of said services, and
WHEREAS, the District will receive a fifteen percent
(15%) grant from the Department of Natural Resources of the State
of Missouri to pay fifteen percent (15%) of the eligible costs of
said services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-nine Thousand Four
Hundred Sixty-nine and 65/100 Dollars ($99,469.65) is hereby
transferred from the Mississippi River Construction Fund to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-six and 55/100 Dollars ($33,156.55) is hereby
transferred from the Fee Fee Connection Fees/Construction Account
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Thirty_three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-six and 55/100 Dollars ($33,156.55) is hereby
transferred from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improve-
ment Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-six and 55/100 Dollars ($33,156.55) is hereby
transferred from Bonfils Reserve for Connection Fees to the

General Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of One Hundred Ninety-eight
Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-nine and 30/100 Dollars ($198,939.30)
is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District to
pay ten percent (10%) of the eligible costs of second year Program
Management Services for District-wide water pollution abatement
programs of the District, now part of Federal Project No. C-
291212, Contract E-330, as amended, as initially authorized by
District Ordinance No. 4339, adopted April 15, 1981, and Program
Management Services for the District's Stormwater Management
Program.
Section Six. The grant from the Environmental
Protection Agency of the United States government will amount to
Seven Hundred Nine Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen and 25/100
Dollars ($709,217.25) which,.#when received, will be deposited in
the General Fund of the District, and is to pay seventy-five
percent (75%) of the eligible costs of second year Program
Management Services for District-wide water pollution abatement
programs of the District, now part of Federal Project No. C-
291212, Contract E-330, as amended, as initially authorized by
District Ordinance No. 4339, adopted April 15, 1981, and said
amount is hereby appropriated to be used to make said payments
when due and payable under the terms of the contracts for said
services.

Section Seven. The grant from the Department of.
Natural Resources of the State of Missouri will amount to One
Hundred Forty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-three and 45/100
Dollars ($141,843.45) which, when received, will be deposited in
the General Fund of the District, and is to pay fifteen percent
(15%) of the eligible costs of second year Program Management Services for
District-wide water pollution abatement programs of the District, now
part of Federal Project No. C-291212, Contract E-330, as amended, as
initially authorized by District Ordinance No. 4339, adopted April 15,
1981, and said amount is hereby appropriated to be used to make said
payments when due and payable under the terms of the contracts for said
services.
Section Eight. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
