AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($32,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for the final design of stormwater improvements in
Landseer - Ebert Phase II, Contract E-351.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($32,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek for engineering services for the final design of stormwater
improvements in Landseer - Ebert Phase II, Contract E-351.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1982.
