AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-eight Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($28,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for the final design of stormwater improvements in
Calvert, Dix, & Edmundson, Contract E-352.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($28,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek for engineering services for the final design of
stormwater improvements in Calvert, Dix, & Edmundson, Contract E-
352.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1982.
