AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($12,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for the final design of stormwater improvements in Flower
Creek Phase II, Contract E-353.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($12,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of stormwater
improvements in Flower Creek Phase II, Contract E-353.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1982.
