AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($15,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for engineering
services for the final design of stormwater improvements in West
Bruno - Laclede Station Road, Contract E-354.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($15,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for
engineering services for the final design of stormwater
improvements in West Bruno - Laclede Station Road, Contract E-354.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1982.
