AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-355 with Russell & Axon for
engineering services for the final design of stormwater
improvements in Lynn Haven Phase VII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-355 with
Russell & Axon for engineering services for the final design of
stormwater improvements in Lynn Haven Phase VII.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1982.
