AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-two Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($42,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for engineering
services for the final design of stormwater improvements in Folk
Avenue Phase II, Contract E-356.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-two Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($42,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black
Creek for engineering services for the final design of stormwater
improvements in Folk Avenue Phase II, Contract E-356.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1982.
