AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-356 with Dolson & Wegescheide
Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
stormwater improvements in Folk Avenue Phase II.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-356 with
Dolson & Wegescheide Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for
the final design of stormwater improvements in Folk Avenue Phase
II.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1982.
