AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($11,900.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for the final design of stormwater improvements in
Havenview, Contract E-359.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($11,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of stormwater
improvements in Havenview, Contract E-359.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1982.
