AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lakewood
Park Cemetery in part of Lot 30 of Mackenzie Subdivision, Township
44 North, Range 6 East. in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
the District a suitable alternate easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement in Lakewood Park Cemetery in part of Lot 30 of
Mackenzie Subdivision, Township 44 North, Range 6
East, in St. Louis County. Missouri, as recorded
in Book 7418, Page 1807, of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 22, 1982.
