AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 1
through 3 of Cunliff Acres, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those sewer easements within Lots 1 through 3 of Cunliff Acres, in
the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in
Plat Book 206, Page 40 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 22, 1982.
