AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for sanitary sewer construction in Subdistrict
No. 524 (Kinswood & Forder) C-909, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for sanitary sewer construction in
Subdistrict No. 524 (Kinswood & Forder) C-909, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th day of
September, 1982, and formally executed on the 21st day of
September, 1982, by said contractor and the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 1982.
