AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with William Choate
Construction Company for storm sewer construction in Fawnridge
#11743 & Oakvalley #778 (S-1292, S-1807, C-908), in the City of
Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to William Choate Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for storm sewer construction in
Fawnridge #11743 & Oakvalley #778 (S-1292, S-1807, C-908), in the
City of Des Peres, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th
day of September, 1982, and formally executed on the 21st day of
September, 1982, by said contractor and the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 1982.
