AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gary & Roger L.
Link, for the construction of storm sewers in South Price Road
(Phase I - Section I) S-1605, C-915, in the City of Olivette,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gary & Roger L. Link, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in South
Price Road (Phase I - Section I) S-1605, C-915, in the City of
Olivette, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of
September, 1982, and formally executed on the 12th day of October,
1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 1982.
