AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Four Thousand
Eight Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($304,896.00) from the General
Fund of the District for the purchase of an IBM 4341 Model #1
Central Processing Unit and peripheral equipment, and a tape
system upgrade for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Four Thousand
Eight Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($304,896.00) is hereby appro-
priated from the General Fund of the District for the purchase of
an IBM 4341 Model #1 Central Processing Unit and peripheral
equipment, and a tape system upgrade for the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 20, 1982.
