AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($660,000.00) from the Subdistrict Planning Fund for the
cost of engineering services required for the Step 2 design of
trunk sewers, pumping station, and force main in the Creve Coeur
Creek watershed, in St. Louis County, Missouri, M.S.D. Contract E-
360 (Part of Federal Project No. C-291148, Lower Missouri River
Basin).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services, and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency of the
United States has agreed to contribute Three Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00) toward the costs of said services;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, and any further
funds from said source for said services, said money shall be
returned to the Subdistrict Planning Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources
has agreed to contribute Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) toward the costs of said services; upon the receipt
of such funds from said source, and any further funds from said
source for said services, said money shall be returned to the
Subdistrict Planning Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($660,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict
Planning Fund for the cost of engineering services required for
the Step 2 design of trunk sewers, pumping station, and force main
in the Creve Coeur Creek watershed, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, M.S.D. Contract E-360 (Part of Federal Project No. C-
291148, Lower Missouri River Basin).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 20, 1982.
