AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 125 of
Dougherty Oaks Plat 2, a Subdivision, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot easement granted to Fee Fee Trunk Sewer,
Inc. in Book 6734, Pages 1292 and 1293 of the St. Louis
County Records, from a point five (5) feet northeast of
the southwest line of Lot 125 northwardly to the
northeast line of said Lot 125 of Dougherty Oaks Plat
2, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat
Book 211, Page 39 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1982.
