AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Dielman &
Green Oak (S-1879, C-917), in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Dielman & Green Oak (S-1879, C-917), in the City of Olivette,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pur-
suant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of September,
1982, and formally executed on the 12th day of October, 1982, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 27, 1982.
