AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($60,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Con-
struction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Windsor Spring Sanitary Pump By-Pass (S-1788, C-918), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($60,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such con-
struction project, in Windsor Spring Sanitary Pump By-Pass (S-
1788, C-918), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1982.
