AN ORDINANCE, transferring Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Highway 67 - Cambria Creek to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek; and
appropriating Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($210,000.00) from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367
& Cambria No. 6) S-1785, C-921, in the City of Moline Acres,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Moline Acres, Missouri, pursuant
to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed
to contribute one-half (1/2) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Highway 67 Cambria Creek to
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek.
Section Two. The sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($210,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 &
Cambria No. 6) S-1785, C-921, in the City of Moline Acres,
Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1982.
