AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with June Martin,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 377
(Highway 367 & Cambria No. 6) S-1785, C-921, in the City of Moline
Acres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to June Martin, Inc., as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No.
377 (Highway 367 & Cambria No. 6) S-1785, C-921, in the City of
Moline Acres, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 11th day of
October, 1982, and formally executed on the 19th day of October,
1982, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1982.
