AN ORDINANCE, transferring Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($42,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($24,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres,
and Twenty-four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund, to the General Fund of the District; and
appropriating One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00)
from the General Fund of the District for the cost of labor
expended by the District for various gabion projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($42,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($24,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($24,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for the cost of labor expended by the District for
various gabion projects, as hereinafter detailed.

Section Six. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
