AN ORDINANCE, appropriating and setting apart One
Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) from the General
Fund of the District to meet District obligations incurred during
the fiscal year 1981 - 1982.
WHEREAS, sufficient unencumbered funds were appro-
priated for the fiscal year 1981 - 1982, and
WHEREAS, the funds as hereby appropriated also repre-
sent reassignment from certain classifications of expenditure to
others within the General Fund of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated and set apart from
the General Fund of the District to meet District obligations
incurred during the fiscal year 1981 - 1982, to the following
departments as hereinafter detailed:

Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 1982.
